Partnering with global agency JWI, A7 Media was proud to deliver comprehensive video and photography coverage for Marsh’s inaugural Aviation Summit.

Hosted over multiple days at the prestigious Leonardo Royal London St Paul’s, the event brought together aviation experts, suppliers, and risk and insurance specialists. Attendees engaged in a dynamic mix of keynote presentations, panel discussions, and interactive workshops. 

A7 Media was on hand throughout, capturing both the essence and the energy of the summit. Our video and photography coverage included the welcome reception held on a rooftop bar with sweeping views of the London skyline and the iconic St Paul’s Cathedral, as well as the Gala Dinner featuring a captivating after-dinner talk by European Space Agency astronaut Tim Peake.

Key to our success in live event coverage is the ability to anticipate and capture the perfect sound bite, moment of footage, or compelling image. This approach allowed us to begin the editing process in real time. By setting up an on-site editing suite adjacent to the main presentation hall, we ensured a seamless workflow. 

As a result, all video and photography content was ready for delivery by the close of the event.
